The following contract stands as a guarantee for our clients that the services wo offer are high-quality and based on a strict selection of criteria ensuring our professionallism.

Our collaboration rests upon a common code of ethics.

Thus wil our clients be sure that we are a cohesive team, that we are dependable, and above all that the quality of the services we provide is faultless.
 
You pledge to :


  • Provide a clear pre-established list of prices with no possibility of overcharging, in agreement with the Simplissim' Concierge.
  • Improve quality by regular answering a quality scheme defined by Simplissim’.
  • Offer attractive prc and special offers.
  • Respect all rules of confidentiality.
  • Maintain regular contact with Simplissim' so as  to avoid all dispute.
  • Meet the deadlines set by Simplissim'.
  • Respond in 72 hours' time in case of a dispute.
  • Make sure you can be reached by phone or e-mail from 9 a.m to 7 p.m every day excepting Sundays and holidays..
  • Have an answering-machine service where messages can be left at other times.
  • Be able to offer alternative solutions in cases where the client's needs cannot be met.
  • Be professional at all times with due consideration for your partners and employees.
