- Provide a clear pre-established list of prices with no possibility of overcharging, in agreement with the Simplissim' Concierge.
- Improve quality by regular answering a quality scheme defined by Simplissim’.
- Offer attractive prc and special offers.
- Respect all rules of confidentiality.
- Maintain regular contact with Simplissim' so as to avoid all dispute.
- Meet the deadlines set by Simplissim'.
- Respond in 72 hours' time in case of a dispute.
- Make sure you can be reached by phone or e-mail from 9 a.m to 7 p.m every day excepting Sundays and holidays..
- Have an answering-machine service where messages can be left at other times.
- Be able to offer alternative solutions in cases where the client's needs cannot be met.
- Be professional at all times with due consideration for your partners and employees.
